[nagdu] Buses and guide dogs

I'd like to se how this turns out!  They can't do that!  Our convention was 
last weekend and, I don't know one of the 11 guide dog users who mentioned 
having issues with transportation on the bus or in the train!  We even took 
4 people and 2 dogs in a cab!
