[nagdu] relieving in a Super Storm

Some dogs won't go, and so long as you know this and give them an
opportunity once in a while without putting yourself or the dog in
danger, this is fine. Lay down some newspaper, crate them, or confine
them from doing too much activity and they will be fine. You might
have an accident, but not sure if this is avoidable. So just dig in
and enjoy the time off snuggling with your puppies!

Thanks.
