[nagdu] Pools in the sidewalks? Huh?

Hi,

It's been a long few days, so if you please, for those in sweeden and other countries.  What do you mean by pools in the sidewalks.  

Do you mean something that is caused by the rain such as what we call puddles in the United States?  Or actual Pools, that are meant to be there and are built in the middle of the sidewalks.

Have had some health issues, so haven't been able to ask the question, or even read mail till today.
