The newspaper was waved at my dog as well, to get him to jump back to
help me get back for a car check.
this was done with the the instructor head of the class.
My dog didn't step back when the car came in front of him.
I asked about this as well, how it was done, because I was interested.
I didn't feel the instructor was mean to the dog at all.
The next time the car came around, the dog stepped back, pushing me back.
Then he got praised.
Hope this helps.
We did have many traffic checks in town, disreguarding what the school
was doing.
Drivers not watching what they were doing, because of texting,
my apprntice said something in sign language to a lady and then told me.
Hope this helps.
