Ann, I haven't written to this post for a long while, but I want to thank 
you for your wonderful letter to the new guide dog school grad.  I've had 
seven guides, and your compassionate, intelligent, and elegantly expressed 
observations fit every bit of my experience.

I think they're important to remember, whether one has come home with a 
first guide dog or a seventh.

Congratulations and blessings to all new guide dog teams.  I wish you all 
comfort and joy.
