Hi, Chantel, Deanna and all,
Odie gets a daily brushing from either Dale or I and will be bathed twice monthly to help cut down on the shedding and it keeps his skin nice and moistened.
His nails are filed and trieed twice monthly and teeth brushing is done as well.
Deanna, I wonder if you'd be able to use a piece of kibble to give him some positive reinforcement courage that grooming is a safe thing?
Perhaps, it could be the brush that he doesn't like.
I've noticed with Odie that he didn't like certain types of brushes either, but eventually, he got over it.
During grooming time, I also spray On-coat Deoderizor to help Odie get a good massage.
I'm sure others probably have more ideas though.
