It seems to me that it would be pretty easy to add stabilizer loops to a Pawpower harness. All one would need is a couple lengths of nylon strap and a strong needle. I think it would not be too hard to make the whole thing oneself, though the handle might be a little complex. But the sewing skills required are not that demanding. Tracy
