[nagdu] Guide Dogs in Condo swimming pools.

Dogs do not belong in public pools.  There is MUCH more chlorine in those 
than in private pools.

Here in San Diego, we have several "dog beaches" where anyone is welcome to 
bring their dog to play in the surf and sun.  You do need to pick up poop 
left by your dog.  I have brought past guides there but not Landon.  You 
need a dog with very good recall skills and Landon sadly lacks this.  I've 
gone with people who could see so the poop gets picked up.

Back in 1991, when the first Gulf War was going on, I had a dog at the dog 
beach in Coronado where the North Island naval Base is located - next to the 
dog beach.  My dog decided to go visit with the Military Police stationed on 
the beach nearby!  I thought, "Oh, sh**!" and called my dog.  The MPs 
thought it was funny and they enjoyed greeting my dog.
