we don't need any more laws on the books and I have been in business before
and last thing that we need is more regulations in this country.

Is there some way that business owners could be required to take some kind
of course about service dogs? Also, I think that some of the language in the
laws is too vague and leaves too much room for interpretation and deliberate
misuse. Terms, such as excessive barking, need to be defined better and
possibly accompanied by examples.
