Hi Bridget, Mardi here from Arizona.Sorry it has taken me so long to post
this but I have been very busy,With all the rescue dogs.I am an owner
trainer and I have bought harnesses from LDS in the past.The first harness
I got from them was fine but the second did not fit my dog.I gave them the
right measurements but they made the harness to big. They refused to take
it back and I paid almost $300 for a useless harness. I now make all my own
equipment including leashes.I made a harness for Rachel's dog,Lady.I added
a balance handle to the back strap for her as she has balance issues.The
balance handle does not interfere with the guide handle.I am currently
making a similar harness for another owner trainer.It is a lot cheaper to
make a harness than to purchase one on line.Hope this answers your
