[nagdu] Chewy or Petflow?

The recent discussion about dog food delivery included recommendations for a new company called Chewy.  Or maybe they aren’t new?  anyhow I hadn’t heard of them before so I checked out their website.  It looks very similar to Petflow, but my brand of dog food is $3 cheaper there.   I order two bags at a time so I will get free shipping from either company.  I’ve had good customer service and prompt delivery from Petflow.  I’m wondering though, if it might be worth it to switch to Chewy?  It would mean about $50 per year of savings to me.  I’d like to hear from those of you who are using chewy about your experience with the shopping cart, customer service and delivery.  If you’ve used both chewy and Petflow, I’d love to hear about any differences you’ve noticed.
