I sometimes forget I'm 60 years old and legally blind. So, on rare occastions, I've been known to shout or gesture rudely at someone who endangers me and my guide, Chase, by driving near us in a crosswalk. So far I've been fortunate that none of them has stopped and kicked my tail. And this story makes me think twice about doing it anymore.

It was when I lived in New Jersey, near Trenton.
