Jewel,
I'm no expert, but I don't see how they can take Faye back since you do have ownership. Even if you did not have ownership, I don't think they would. She will still get worked and have an active lifestyle. I am glad to hear that you will still be able to be independent and will be attending college soon. I can only imagine how difficult this must be for you. Hang in there, and don't worry!

Due to mental and physical illness, I am moving to a group home. But this change will not affect my work with my guide dog, as I will be going out every day, especially whim I start attending university in the fall. I have a few friends who said the guide dog school might take Faye away because id my placement in a group home. I signed papers taking ownership of her, and I will continue her annual vet visits and medicine. Will they take her away? It would be taking my independence away as Faye helps me get around every day.
