Can someone explain what Top Dog is? I think Cheryl's idea of having someone there is a great one. Why is this conference every other year? Is this sponsored by the other blindness organizations? Or is this separate?

Thank you in advance,

Wouldn't it be good to have representation at a discussion or have a table at the Event in 2015. I don't know if they do panel discussions or ACB has there annual meeting or a Table but wouldn't this be great to do, to show NFB has a guide dog division, since many members do not join NFB because they think we are against guide dogs, etc.
