Rhonda, we sure do! But, we also need to trust ourselves as well! For 
example, sometimes when Holly stops, she is just sniffing! Around here she 
has a few spots where other dogs write there messages or squirrels, rabbits 
or birds hang out. I still check but knowing where these spots are and how 
Holly reacts, sure makes a difference! And, hearring where you are in 
relation to wooded areas, busy streets and other environmental cues is also 
really helpful.
