[nagdu] nagdu's resolution about gdb

Hello everyone. I just heard the awesome resolution that Nagdu put forth. I was on the teleconference and after the resolution we got disconnected. So my question is did it pass? And if it did does that mean that everything that was stated should happen? I always wondered how resolutions work and what does it mean for gdb if it passes? I'm a member of both gdui and nagdu but am new to how this stuff works.
