[nagdu] National Convention--my opinion

Yes Cindy, it was wood chips, however when it rained, the chips turned in to
slush. Now, my girl would not step foot in that relief area for anything. I
ended up having to curb her.

Does the ACB charge for the dog users to have the privilege of having relief
areas. Also, there was more than one relief area, yes? I thought they used
wood chips, not sand.
