well yes I live at an intersection of 2 4 lane highways. Are you at a place
with traffic control lights? If they have buttons you need to press them
and wait until your parallel traffic starts. Then the light at least here
gives you 1 whole minute! If you walk at a pretty normal speed of at least
1 mile and hour you should reach the other side in plenty of time. If you
don't press the button then you better run because it gives you less time.
Just tell your dog to the curb or the ramp just like crossing any other
street.
