[nagdu] Another question about the Fair Housing Act.

I'm in the process of buying a condo. I'll be a first time home owner.
yippee. the housing association rules say they allow two pets, only one of
which can be a dog. I have my guide and retired guide. My realtor asked me
about it and asked if he should check with the association, and I explained
that the only dog that qualifies as a pet is the retired guide. It did come
up in conversation about other things with the president of the home
association and of course he agreed with me.

Another thing related to that... My mom's condo has a weight/height
limit for animals. That does not apply to service dogs because it
only applies to pets.
