[nagdu] Choking!

Hi,
What do you do when you think your guide dog is choking on something? Can you give the Heimlich maneuver to a dog? Do you reach down their throat and try to find the object they are choking on?
I think that it would be very beneficial to learn pet first aid, etc. At our last Ohio NFB Convention we had a vet student come and do a presentation for Oagdu, it was great! But, I can't recall if she talked about what to do if a dog is choking?
