It could have been any one of us out there, the woman's car, or the woman herself, did not function well, they are investigating whether, indeed, she should be drifving at all. This does not make her dumb. It is, perhaps, misdirected for her to be driving. That kind of thing that happened doesn't happen often, b ut it is always a real possibility for a variety of reasons. I won't talk about it more cause I'm already scared of cars.
