[nagdu] Update: Training Programs at NAGDU Meeting

That is a long-ago theory held by many schools, or at least TSE held it, but to my knowledge they never used it as an excuse not to show up. It sounds as if it is an excuse, and it is not very respectful of NAGDU, I think.
