I have a dog from Fidelco. Being a New England based school, they understand 
how winters can go from perfectly walkable to imposible in a day and then 
once everything is fixed back to walkable again. They also do in home 
training, and will work in your neighborhood so that you can practice with 
the obstacles you will encounter every day. Perhaps you can apply to them 
and hopefully have better luck.
