Hi, Sarah,
Odie will display similar poodle traits at times, but he still sticks with his usual labradorish self.
I do agree that with any dog you train with from the beginning, it's important to stay on it so they learn to respect you and important of all, listen.
Don't think I have anymore either since a bunch of made some great points.
