[nagdu] Bed and Breakfast

I'm thinking it was 5 or 6 rooms.  I'm 98% sure that 8 is over the cut off. 
It's going to be rainy and nasty today, so I may have time later today to 
search for the relevant bit of the law.

What do you think the cutoff is?  The B&B I'm looking at calls itself an
inn, and has about 8 rooms.
