[nagdu] Bed and Breakfast - That's not correct...

*grin*  Buddy, when you said that, I puzzled for a few because I've run into this one before and called the ADA hotline myself about it - which is also why when I saw 6 rooms I went to look it up - I was told 5 rooms only about ago.  Perhaps "not more than 5 rooms" was interpreted by one person as 'not more than 5, including 5' and the other person went with 'not more than 5, not including 5'...The wording SUCKS!  Re-reading it, even I end up going with Julie's person and your interpretation of ADA kicking in at the 6th room.  You're absolutely right!  Me and the maths never were too cozy!  lol  Still, now I want to know what the heck is up with the hotline.  I'll try to remember to call again tomorrow a couple times and see if I get differing answers, but since I'm out west the hotline is often closed by the time I remember.  HAHA!  (Hopefully my HUD notice post makes up for this goof! wink)  Hmmm...bet I can get a couple volunteers to call
 instead...

(I guess that's why they're very clear that advice from the hotline is not legal advice!) It's actually 5 rooms, not 6. The other information is correct and you explained it well. So...I pulled the information below my signature directly from the text of the ADA so ya'll don't have to take my word for it.  It's buried in the definitions for Title III - 36.104
