[nagdu] Figby Is Sick And Tips For Cleaning Up

we are having trouble getting in touch with them and a friend of mine 
ordered a relieving harness for me a several weeks ago and we haven't 
received it yet. I need a new one and am trying to find another source 
if this one doesn't ever show up.
we use ours all of the time because it's easier in an apartment complex.
