Thank you, Sheila; I hope Bob and rox'e are all right; I haven't heard
otherwise, but this is very concerning because I need a harness, too.

we are having trouble getting in touch with them and a friend of mine
ordered a relieving harness for me a several weeks ago and we haven't
received it yet. I need a new one and am trying to find another source if
this one doesn't ever show up.
we use ours all of the time because it's easier in an apartment complex.
