[nagdu] what do you consider an attack?

hi melissa, i think that all dogs should be on leash. and under contrail.
 all the time.
 here in my area, there is a park, that people have there dogs run free.
 it's not fenced.
 though.
 i never go there.
 i keep my dog in side.
 to play.
 with her own toys,
 but she does good with other dogs.
