[nagdu] walking guide dogs?

Hi,
Jada sometimes gets out of harness walks. She loves to sniff, and I
have noticed that when she is off harness walking, her head is
literally down the entire time, sniffing everything.
If I put the harness back on her then, she is a little sniffy, but not
nearly as bad as if I don't let her do it before.
Jada doesn't leash guide at all other than stopping for steps, which I like.
Leader had us do heel walks all the time, encouraging it daily (but
that was inside the building) I don't know how they would feel about
outside leash walks. I think they would probably say as long as you
have a cane, and am not depending on the dog to be your guide, you
should be fine.
Again, like I saw somewhere in the post earlier, each dog is diferent,
what one can handle, another would take out of context and not care if
they were in harness or not.
