As far as I know I will be getting my guide placed with me this spring it will be a busy time for me as my baby is due this spring as well. How would you go about finding a vet? I have little friends in the area and want to start looking into this. What questions would you ask? Oh if your in Maryland in the Rosedale/While Marsh are who are you using?
Thanks,
Melissa

Some of you have been victims of such attacks while others of you know teams who have. It is not difficult to imagine the often lasting fear and devastation this can have on both person and dog once an attack has occurred. Attacks often result in injury and sometimes death, necessitating retirement and incredible costs to the owner, schools and community. Often, the owner of the attacking dog goes unpunished, and often, the offending dog is left to continue attacking other unsuspecting dogs.

GDUI is vested in this cause and we need to make our legislators aware that attacks on service animals is a significant problem which must receive attention, be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and simply must end.
