[nagdu] Teaching Dog to Spend on Concrete

I wonder if someone has been successful to teach an older dog to spend on concrete? If yes: How did you do? My dog is soon 4 years old and she's taught to spend on grass but it's impractical when you like to travel. I would be happy for your insights!
