[nagdu] Laws Regarding relieving

Dumpsters are usually located on the edge of a parking lot so the trash
trucks can get to it to empty. The lady wants you to let your dog go on the
sidewalk??? More people walk there. I'd tell the lady to mind her business
and hang her laundry somewhere else - maybe inside her own apartment. She
wants to hang her wash where there are lots of flies? There's always flies
around dumpsters.

Is the irony that someone might step in something nasty by a dumpster lost
on anyone? And…hangs up her laundry by dumpsters? And she’s worried
about…umm…wow. Just, wow.
