In what state are you, Alleha?  I'd be calling animal control, as most
cities have leash laws, but it might be a little muddy if they are on the
complex's property; maybe Marion has already had some wonderful, legal
advice.
	Moving isn't all that easy--it's expensive, time-consuming and just
isn't always doable.
