Hi Darla.
To me, it sounds like incontinence.  Is one of your dogs female?  Spayed
bitch incontinence is pretty common in older females.  Both my last 2 girls
had it, and it produced urine that didn't have much odor.
If that's it, it's easily controlled with medication.
