[nagdu] Changing my Petting Policy

I'll let anyone pet Holly provided there is time. Also she isn't working and 
I usually have to know them. While working even if still as long as she is 
in harrness, no! But, off harrness ok.

Hi i  have my dog. sit. before anyone. pets her. but i can't see. so. i use 
a sign on my dog's harness.
 so. it works.
 but i tell others. she is working.
 and Aask me before
 before. a pet.
 I'm teaching my family. too.
