[nagdu] guide dog school rejecting application

Hi Danielle,
Guiding Eyes offers brush-up training. I believe this is something
they started doing recently, as in within the past couple years.
GEB will also send an instructor or field rep out no problem.
The brush-up training is for those teams that are struggling greatly
or dealing with a number of problems such as behavioral things with
the dog while working, or the handler needing extra guidance on how to
work with their dog. Some people need much more than just an hour or
so of help depending on what their issues are.
