Hi, um, well, maybe you can train a dog to ignore the litter box.  
It's not something I'd bank on, though.  That kitty litter and 
the "tootsies" the cat leaves behind are pretty irresistible to 
many dogs.  Some things just need to be kept away.  The 
temptation is so very strong.  It would be like walking in to a 
room where popcorn is being popped and there's a big bowl of it 
on the counter.  Suddenly, even though you weren't hungry, now 
you just HAVE to have that popcorn.  (Grin).    Debby and Miss 
Neena who is behaving better, at least temporarily.
