I did not read this originally, but that is just horrific. Surely no one
should spray anything unknown on anyone. That's like forcing flour down
someone who has an allergy to gluten, or ... well you get the picture. That
is just unthinkable.

Lady, isn't that the dog you trained for Rachel? If I have the facts
correct, you know that Lady does not have fleas. its a very disturbing
story. Was Rachel okay? Like whatever was sprayed in her face did that cause
an asthma attack or breathing issues? I am then assuming that she went to
the hospital? If so, then the deriver who sprayed, whatever they sprayed,
would be liable for the cost of her medical bills. At least that is the way
I see it. I hope that Rachel is now okay. I would most certainly file
charges against the cabby and the company.
