of services by the taxi driver, she was battered, a separate criminal
offense. Furthermore, if her dog was also battered, this could be a third
offense if Arizona has a service dog protection act.

Lady, isn't that the dog you trained for Rachel? If I have the facts
correct, you know that Lady does not have fleas. its a very disturbing
story. Was Rachel okay? Like whatever was sprayed in her face did that cause
an asthma attack or breathing issues? I am then assuming that she went to
the hospital? If so, then the deriver who sprayed, whatever they sprayed,
would be liable for the cost of her medical bills. At least that is the way
I see it. I hope that Rachel is now okay. I would most certainly file
charges against the cabby and the company.
