[nagdu] renting private homes or bed and breakfasts

We are travelling to the Washington DC area and renting a home.  It is
owned by an individual.  I plan to take my dog guide.  Has it been
determined if these types of rentals are covered by the laws?  We will
actually be staying in Maryland.  I have also run into issues with bed
and breakfasts at different times.  We prefer these arrangements to
standard hotels.
