[nagdu] Teaching Relieving was RE: trouble with relieving

In New Orleans, there is more grass than concrete.  Also because I'm Deafblind with craptastic balance, I'm not comfortable relieving my dog in a parking lot or street or off a curb.  
My dogs don't go on route unless there is a tummy bug or another extraordenary situation.  I had one dog, Mill'E, who needed to exercise first before pooping, and once I learned that, we would stop half way and she'd do her thing and we'd be good to go!  
My dogs don't think of concrete as a bathroom place. My first program dog was brought up relieving on concrete and we did have big problems with her pooping while guiding.  So I'm not sure if those two things are related.
