[nagdu] Stopping at upcurbs

Hi from Howard and Rhett, we live in NYC and we do not stop for up curb
because you want to get out of street and if you stop you might run over by
some who did not stop behind you. I do stop at down curbs and down stairs.

I use to like for tres to stop at upcurbs but now that my knees aren't the
best, I get a better sense of the height of the cur so I now want Tres to
step up and I'll follow.
