hi all. does anybody here know the laws in missouri regarding dog attacks on a guide dog? what are the penalties? is it the same as if the dog attacked my person? no, it has not happened yet. i am trying to prevent it. want to inform the owners of the dog about the law. thanks much. Vivianna
