[nagdu] Anybody know the MO law on guide dog attacks?

I do not know the laws, but I would be interested in knowing more about the
situation. Even if you tell the owners the laws, that may not change
anything as some people are just that way. However, there might be something
else that you could do.

hi all.
does anybody here know the laws in missouri regarding dog attacks on a guide
dog?  what are the penalties?  is it the same as if the dog attacked my
person? 
no, it has not happened yet.  i am trying to prevent it.  want to inform the
owners of the dog about the law.
