[nagdu] Pull in the harness?

Jenny can have a very strong pull, especially if she's cold and doesn't want to be out in it. This morning, we walked to the bus stop and she was pulling really hard... we got on the bus, then we got off, walked to work, absolute angel, no pull!

Chase can have a very strong pull. It's okay when I'm rested, but
sometimes, such as at the end of a work day, I don't want to walk as fast as
he wants to. I have been working with him to back off a bit. There are two
times when he consistently pulls really hard: when he sees another dog and
when we are on the walk home from BART at night. I have taken steps to slow
him a bit (for example, halt - collar under the ears - leash corrections).
He's coming around.
