Oh no, Jewel; if this is a safer better place for you, and you'll still be
working her--as you said you will be--just give the school your change of
address, unless you need their help to learn routes or special intersections
there.

Subject: [nagdu] Can they do it?

Due to mental and physical illness, I am moving to a group home. But this
change will not affect my work with my guide dog, as I will be going out
every day, especially whim I start attending university in the fall. I have
a few friends who said the guide dog school might take Faye away because id
my placement in a group home. I signed papers taking ownership of her, and I
will continue her annual vet visits and medicine. Will they take her away?
It would be taking my independence away as Faye helps me get around every
day.
Worried,
Jewel
