[nagdu] Nylon slip collar was RE: Too much Sniffing

They are adjustable. Similar to the clip on the gentle leader, there is a
clip that keeps it from getting any looser  than a certain point, which is
what causes the collar to stay in the high collar position.

It's just a slip collar, but made of nylon. What do you mean by
"adjustable?"
