	I believe a group home might be covered under the ADA, as it would
likely be considered a health care facility. Whether by the ADA or FHA,
there are anti discrimination laws that apply. If you run into problems,

Is a group home covered by the Fair Housing Act or the Americans with
Disabilities Act? Can a group home turn me down because I have a guide dog?
If not, how do I  enforce the laws that cover this? I've already been told
by my therapist that most group homes won't accept someone who has a service
animal. Can they really deny me because of my service dog? How do I fight
this?
