[nagdu] Adjustment from working with a king to a dog

Thankfully, Jenny views snow as a means to an end. It exists, but she won't sniff in it or play in it unless she's offleash. I once gave the command to go down a side street we usually take in the summer, which that day was FULL of snow. We traipsed through it, but the whole time she kept looking over at me, as if to say, "Ooooookay, I'll go through this, but you know you're silly, right?"

I honestly don't know how I would've survived this past winter with just a cane.

Well Tracy, you do have that right. But, I still use my cane a lot.
Sometimes I use it in the snow because snow causes Holly to sniff and want
to play! Also, Holly wants to stop for every single snow drift! It can take
a really long time to walk a couple of blocks before the snow is shoveled
off. A clear path with no drifts is great for her! I can't get her to see
that some drifts we can just go threw!
